Hanging Lake opens for the 2021 season on Saturday, May 1st.
This year reservations will be required but the use of a shuttle system has been eliminated with
self parking, at the location, or bike riding available. The Hanging Lake trailhead is located at
I-70 Eastbound Exit 125. Those with a bike permit can travel from Glenwood Canyon with either their own bike or a rental from a local shop. The season is scheduled to end October 31st, 2021
